O crime aconteceu no final de dezembro de 2022, nas proximidades do bairro Jarivatuba, em Joinville.\u00a0<\/p><p>O homem teria simulado pedir informa\u00e7\u00e3o para a crian\u00e7a, momento em que a puxou para dentro de um carro para a pr\u00e1tica criminosa. Ap\u00f3s conhecimento do fato, a equipe de policiais conseguiu identificar o ve\u00edculo utilizado no crime e, atrav\u00e9s de dilig\u00eancias, foi identificado o autor. A Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva pelo cometimento do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.
