aeronave da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, tripulada pelos policiais do Servi\u00e7o de Aeropol\u00edcia de Fronteira (SAER-FRON) e pela equipe do SAMU\/Aerom\u00e9dico, foi acionada para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas transfer\u00eancias aerom\u00e9dicas consecutivas. Todos os pacientes apresentavam quadros neurol\u00f3gicos agudos e tinham como destino o Hospital Regional do Oeste (HRO), em Chapec\u00f3, unidade de refer\u00eancia para alta complexidade na regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O primeiro atendimento envolveu um idoso de 74 anos, da cidade de Quilombo. O paciente apresentava uma suspeita inicial de Acidente Vascular Encef\u00e1lico (AVE) isqu\u00eamico, com piora progressiva em seu status neurol\u00f3gico, necessitando de intuba\u00e7\u00e3o orotraqueal e estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pela equipe m\u00e9dica antes e durante o voo.<\/p><p>Logo ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do primeiro transporte, a equipe realizou a transfer\u00eancia de um homem de 46 anos, proveniente do Hospital Regional S\u00e3o Paulo, em Xanxer\u00ea. Ele tamb\u00e9m apresentava suspeita inicial de AVE isqu\u00eamico, mas mantinha-se hemodinamicamente est\u00e1vel durante o voo.<\/p><p>A terceira etapa da mobilizou as equipes at\u00e9 o Hospital de Maravilha para o socorro de uma idosa de 74 anos. A paciente apresentava prov\u00e1vel quadro de AVE isqu\u00eamico e encontrava-se dentro da chamada &#8220;janela de tromb\u00f3lise&#8221;.
