Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral de Santa Catarina (JESC) assinaram um acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es nesta quarta-feira (1\u00ba) para ampliar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia. O termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o foi firmado para um per\u00edodo de 10 anos, determinando atendimento priorit\u00e1rio na JE a essas mulheres, assim como isen\u00e7\u00e3o de multas eleitorais. No ato de assinatura do documento, tamb\u00e9m foram discutidas medidas para garantir uma vota\u00e7\u00e3o segura \u00e0s mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">As institui\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 representadas pelo desembargador Carlos Roberto da Silva, presidente do TRE-SC, e por Marcelo Sampaio Nogueira, delegado-geral da PCSC \u2014 atuar\u00e3o de forma in\u00e9dita para assegurar que as mulheres com medidas protetivas ativas possam votar com tranquilidade.\u00a0\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Esta parceria entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es representa, para o presidente do TRE-SC, mais uma forma de garantir o livre acesso do eleitorado ao voto. \u201cAlgumas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, por exemplo, em que a mulher teria que votar na mesma se\u00e7\u00e3o da do agressor, isso pode afast\u00e1-la da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. E isso a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral n\u00e3o quer. Queremos que ela v\u00e1 votar segura e exer\u00e7a o seu sagrado direito de escolha\u201d, destacou. Carlos Roberto da Silva na JESC.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">O desembargador Saul Steil, Corregedor Regional Eleitoral e vice-presidente do TRE-SC, tamb\u00e9m comentou a iniciativa in\u00e9dita e faz parte de a\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas a buscar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o institucional na prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">De acordo com o delegado-geral da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, Marcelo Sampaio Nogueira, a possibilidade de acordo de convers\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es \u201cbrilhou nos olhos\u201d. \u201cPorque essa \u00e9 uma forma de passar um recado para a sociedade, para o agressor e para a v\u00edtima. A de que ela est\u00e1 acolhida, inclusive no momento da vota\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Na ocasi\u00e3o da assinatura do termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m acordaram a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de alinhamento t\u00e9cnico e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o das equipes para atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos casos de viol\u00eancia pol\u00edtica de g\u00eanero.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Nesse ponto, a delegada Patr\u00edcia Maria Zimmermann D\u2019\u00c1vila levantou a possibilidade de criar uma metodologia voltada para o atendimento especializado para candidatas. \u201cPodemos criar uma metodologia de trabalho \u00fanico. A gente sabe o grau de vulnerabilidade dessas mulheres.
