Navegantes, instaurou procedimento policial nesta segunda-feira (05\/10), para apurar as causas e circunst\u00e2ncias da morte de um homem de 41 anos, ocorrida no Porto de Navegantes<\/p><p>A v\u00edtima realizava o travamento manual dos pinos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres para navega\u00e7\u00e3o quando foi prensada. Os levantamentos iniciais indicam que o trabalhador se encontrava no ber\u00e7o do cont\u00eainer, considerada uma \u00e1rea de acesso restrito.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias e o Inqu\u00e9rito Policial concentram-se em esclarecer a din\u00e2mica dos fatos e identificar as raz\u00f5es pelas quais o trabalhador estava no local restrito, bem como verificar se a perman\u00eancia decorreu de decis\u00e3o individual ou de determina\u00e7\u00e3o de terceiros.
