Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DFRV\/DEIC), realizou, nesta quinta-feira (08\/10), a 56\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201c311\u201d, no munic\u00edpio de Crici\u00fama. A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de dois empres\u00e1rios, respons\u00e1veis por estabelecimentos distintos, e na apreens\u00e3o de componentes automotivos de origem il\u00edcita, relacionados a 18 ve\u00edculos.<\/p><p>A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi desencadeada a partir do compartilhamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre as equipes da DFRV\/DEIC, da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Crici\u00fama e da Ag\u00eancia de Intelig\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Crici\u00fama. Participaram da opera\u00e7\u00e3o equipes da DFRV\/DEIC, 1\u00aa DP de Crici\u00fama, T\u00e1tico da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Crici\u00fama, Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) e Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica.<\/p><p><strong>Primeiro estabelecimento<\/strong><\/p><p>No primeiro estabelecimento fiscalizado, foram apreendidos componentes automotivos de origem il\u00edcita relacionados a seis ve\u00edculos distintos. Desse total, tr\u00eas ve\u00edculos possu\u00edam registro de furto, enquanto os outros tr\u00eas apresentavam sinais identificadores suprimidos.<\/p><p>O respons\u00e1vel pelo estabelecimento j\u00e1 possu\u00eda antecedentes criminais pelos crimes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor. Diante dos elementos constatados durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, o empres\u00e1rio foi preso em flagrante e autuado, novamente, pelos crimes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada e adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor.<\/p><p><strong>Segundo estabelecimento<\/strong><\/p><p>No segundo estabelecimento fiscalizado, foram apreendidos componentes automotivos de origem il\u00edcita relacionados a 12 ve\u00edculos distintos. Entre eles, tr\u00eas possu\u00edam registro de furto e nove apresentavam sinais identificadores suprimidos.<\/p><p>O propriet\u00e1rio do estabelecimento j\u00e1 havia sido preso no final de 2025, no mesmo local, em uma ocorr\u00eancia que tamb\u00e9m envolveu a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes automotivos provenientes de ve\u00edculos furtados e pe\u00e7as com sinais identificadores suprimidos.<\/p><p>Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o realizada nesta quinta-feira, diante da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de novos componentes de origem il\u00edcita, o propriet\u00e1rio foi preso em flagrante e autuado novamente.<\/p><p><strong>Resultado<\/strong><\/p><p>Ao todo, a 56\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201c311\u201d resultou na apreens\u00e3o de componentes automotivos relacionados a 18 ve\u00edculos distintos, sendo seis com registro de furto e 12 com sinais identificadores suprimidos.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resultado do trabalho integrado entre as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a e tem como objetivo combater a recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes automotivos de origem il\u00edcita, especialmente aqueles provenientes de ve\u00edculos furtados ou que apresentem sinais identificadores suprimidos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Os componentes apreendidos ser\u00e3o submetidos aos exames periciais necess\u00e1rios para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e vincula\u00e7\u00e3o aos respectivos ve\u00edculos, enquanto as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem para o esclarecimento da origem das pe\u00e7as e de eventual participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outros envolvidos na cadeia de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DFRV\/DEIC), realizou, nesta quinta-feira (08\/10), a 56\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201c311\u201d, no munic\u00edpio de Crici\u00fama.
