Comarca de Lauro M\u00fcller, cumpriu, na tarde desta quinta-feira (15\/10), um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria expedido em desfavor de um homem, de 38 anos, natural de Sousa\/PB, investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado pela dissimula\u00e7\u00e3o e recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima (art. 121, \u00a7 2\u00ba, inciso IV, c\/c art. 14, inciso II, ambos do C\u00f3digo Penal).<\/p><p>A representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela cust\u00f3dia cautelar foi formalizada pela Autoridade Policial em 13\/10\/2026, no \u00e2mbito de inqu\u00e9rito instaurado para apurar uma agress\u00e3o perpetrada com arma branca no dia 12\/10\/2026, na qual a v\u00edtima foi atingida por duas facadas, sendo uma delas no rosto, causando les\u00f5es profundas. A ordem judicial de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, pelo prazo de 30 dias, foi proferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio \u00e0s 14h24 desta quinta-feira e o cumprimento do mandado ocorreu por volta das 15h, na resid\u00eancia do irm\u00e3o do investigado, localizada no bairro Santa B\u00e1rbara, em Lauro M\u00fcller.<\/p><p>A decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da medida revelou-se imprescind\u00edvel para o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, diante do risco de interfer\u00eancia na colheita da prova oral, da altera\u00e7\u00e3o da cena do crime antes da chegada das equipes policiais e do risco de evas\u00e3o do investigado.
