Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Combate a Estelionatos (DCE) da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Blumenau, cumpriu, nesta quinta-feira (22\/10), seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. As ordens expedidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio catarinense foram executadas com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Civil de SP, por interm\u00e9dio da 4\u00aa Delegacia de Capturas e do Grupo Armado de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos e Assaltos (GARRA\/DOPE).<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o visa aprofundar investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o crime conhecido como &#8220;falsa central banc\u00e1ria&#8221;. Segundo apurado, os criminosos contactavam as v\u00edtimas fingindo ser funcion\u00e1rios de institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras para induzi-las a realizar transfer\u00eancias a contas controladas pelo grupo. No decorrer das apura\u00e7\u00f5es, verificou-se que os investigados tamb\u00e9m atuavam na modalidade do &#8220;golpe do falso advogado&#8221;, vitimando diversas pessoas.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Os materiais recolhidos durante os cumprimentos de busca passar\u00e3o por an\u00e1lise pericial. As dilig\u00eancias seguem na DCE de Blumenau para identificar outros integrantes da associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
