A senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria de 12 anos foi expedida pela 2\u00b0 Vara Criminal de Erechim do Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n<p>O fato criminoso trata-se de tortura praticada em ber\u00e7\u00e1rio contra crian\u00e7as entre um e dois anos de idade, em uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o infantil, na cidade de Erechim. As penas foram aumentadas por se tratar de funcion\u00e1ria p\u00fablica e devido ao fato do crime ter sido praticado contra crian\u00e7as do ber\u00e7\u00e1rio da escola.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do local onde a mulher se encontrava, na cidade de Governador Celso Ramos, os policiais civis se deslocaram at\u00e9 o local e realizaram a pris\u00e3o. A presa aguarda recambiamento para o estado do Rio Grande do Sul, onde dever\u00e1 responder pelo crime praticado.<\/p>\n<p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br.
