2\u00aa Delegacia de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, deflagrou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cReprobi\u201d e cumpriu mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Tubar\u00e3o e Sang\u00e3o, com o objetivo de apurar fraude em concurso p\u00fablico ocorrido no ano de 2018.<br><br>A decis\u00e3o judicial foi cumprida em uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do certame, assim como na resid\u00eancia de um ex-prefeito de um dos munic\u00edpios da regi\u00e3o sul de Santa Catarina, objetivando coletar elementos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o a corroborar com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje \u00e9 desdobramento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cVale do Sil\u00edcio\u201d, que, na \u00e9poca, apurou, dentre outras irregularidades, fraudes licitat\u00f3rias.<br><br>As dilig\u00eancias da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cReprobi\u201d contaram com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica do Estado de Santa Catarina e da Coordenadoria Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais da
