Um homem foi preso em flagrante por posse irregular de arma de fogo.<\/p><p>Trata-se de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de lavagem de capitais contra um homem integrante de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa com forte atua\u00e7\u00e3o no estado de Santa Catarina. Segundo apurado, o suspeito se utilizaria de terceiros, \u201claranjas\u201d, para lavar o dinheiro oriundo do tr\u00e1fico de drogas e outros delitos por meio da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e im\u00f3veis.<\/p><p>Os mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o tiveram por alvo resid\u00eancias de terceiros e empresas utilizadas para movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de valores, sendo um com\u00e9rcio de sucata, no bairro S\u00e3o Vicente, e uma lanchonete, no bairro S\u00e3o Judas.<\/p><p>Foram apreendidos celulares e documentos para continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. Em uma das resid\u00eancias, foi localizada uma pistola calibre .380 ACP e muni\u00e7\u00f5es. O morador desse local foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de posse irregular de arma de fogo de uso permitido e liberado mediante pagamento de fian\u00e7a.<\/p><p>At\u00e9 o momento, nas quatro fases anteriores da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCapo\u201d, foi apreendido um montante de aproximadamente R$ 2,5 milh\u00f5es em im\u00f3veis e autom\u00f3veis de luxo.
