O \u00faltimo fato ocorreu h\u00e1 cerca de um m\u00eas e somente foi denunciado ap\u00f3s a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Divis\u00e3o Especializada.<\/p><p>Identificado e interrogado, o homem, que j\u00e1 possui condena\u00e7\u00e3o anterior por crime sexual, foi indiciado pelo crime qualificado de maus-tratos a animais.
