A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi resultante do cumprimento de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o decorrente de apura\u00e7\u00e3o de crime de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. O homem foi preso por posse irregular de armas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es, previsto no artigo 12 da Lei 10.826\/03. Tendo em vista que o crime \u00e9 afian\u00e7\u00e1vel, o homem pagou a fian\u00e7a e foi solto.
