A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apurou que cinco pessoas, sendo eles dois menores de idade torturaram uma v\u00edtima considerada membro de fac\u00e7\u00e3o rival no bairro Morro do Posto, em Lages.<\/p><p>Os investigados, integrantes de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, fizeram um &#8220;julgamento&#8221; e consideraram um homem como integrante de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o rival. Depois de uma sess\u00e3o de tortura, na qual queimaram a v\u00edtima com pl\u00e1stico derretido, aplicaram a &#8220;pena&#8221; de cortar tr\u00eas dedos da sua m\u00e3o com uma p\u00e1.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos menores foi conclu\u00edda e encaminhada para a Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Mulher, \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, ao Adolescente e ao Idoso de Lages, que adotou as provid\u00eancias legais.
