font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que durou algumas semanas tinha como alvo os dois homens, os quais s\u00e3o irm\u00e3os, e estariam realizando comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de entorpecentes no Bairro Passo dos Fortes, em Chapec\u00f3.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Durante o per\u00edodo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi produzido vasto material probat\u00f3rio contra o grupo criminoso, o qual serviu de base para representa\u00e7\u00e3o de busca e apreens\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Chapec\u00f3, a medida foi deferida.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Dessa forma, ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias investigativas, a ordem foi cumprida sendo encontrada na posse dos criminosos quantidade de coca\u00edna (mais de um quilo), crack (material para produzir mais de 500 pedras) e maconha. Ainda com eles foi encontrada uma arma calibre .38 SPL, muni\u00e7\u00f5es do mesmo calibre e mais de R$ 20 mil em esp\u00e9cie. Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos materiais para embalagem, balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o e um ve\u00edculo. O preju\u00edzo causado \u00e0 associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa passa dos R$ 100 mil.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Os homens foram autuados em flagrante pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e posse ilegal de arma de fogo.
