O homem, que estava tendo um relacionamento com a m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a, foi conduzido ao Complexo de Delegacias de Laguna, onde foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime previsto no art. 217-A do C\u00f3digo Penal.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Ao ter conhecimento sobre o fato, a equipe em plant\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil na 18\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Laguna iniciou o trabalho investigativo com o objetivo de identificar poss\u00edvel autoria e colher os elementos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 prova do crime. No decorrer dos trabalhos, a suspeita do crime se concretizou, ap\u00f3s informa\u00e7\u00f5es da gravidade e de que a crian\u00e7a estaria em hospital em Crici\u00fama para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimento cir\u00fargico.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>De pronto, a equipe em plant\u00e3o na 18\u00aa DRP, ap\u00f3s coleta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es quanto \u00e0 autoria, dirigiu-se at\u00e9 o local onde o suspeito estava e efetuou a pris\u00e3o. O suposto local do crime foi submetido \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial pela Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica de Laguna.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>O trabalho mobilizou ainda a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Crici\u00fama. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio tamb\u00e9m das Pol\u00edcias Cient\u00edficas de Laguna (local de crime) e de Crici\u00fama (Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal).<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento, o preso foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio de Laguna e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
