Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal da Grande Florian\u00f3polis, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal e a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Municipal, apurou den\u00fancia de maus-tratos em um canil irregular em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<br><br>Ap\u00f3s receber informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que criador de c\u00e3es da ra\u00e7a Americam Bully comercializava os animais irregularmente, bem como efetuava conchectomia (corte de orelhas), o que \u00e9 proibido pela nossa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es verificaram o local, tomando as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis nas suas esferas de atribui\u00e7\u00f5es.<br><br>Os animais encontravam-se em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de salubridade, sendo expedidas as devidas notifica\u00e7\u00f5es pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o administrativo competente para fins de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a alguns cachorros que apresentavam sinais de corte nas orelhas, devido \u00e0 aus\u00eancia de situa\u00e7\u00e3o flagrancial, foi instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial para apura\u00e7\u00e3o do crime de maus-tratos a animais, visando \u00e0 individualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidades no que tange \u00e0 agress\u00e3o desses c\u00e3es, que permanecem com o tutor como fiel deposit\u00e1rio at\u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o do procedimento criminal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
