De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, os abusos aconteciam desde que a menina tinha 11 anos de idade.<br><br>No mesmo dia, foi requerida medida protetiva em favor da v\u00edtima. Por\u00e9m, na sexta-feira (5), a m\u00e3e levou a filha ao F\u00f3rum pra retirar a protetiva.<br><br>A Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pelo afastamento da m\u00e3e e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de manter contato com a v\u00edtima. Dessa forma, desde o dia 5 a v\u00edtima est\u00e1 em unidade de acolhimento.<br><br>Tamb\u00e9m foram deferidas as apreens\u00f5es dos aparelhos celulares do pai e m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima, a fim de serem periciados.
