A Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 necessitou resgatar 125 gatos da sua antiga resid\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2mite do procedimento policial, com obten\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens, oitivas de testemunhas, juntada de laudos m\u00e9dicos-veterin\u00e1rios e sanit\u00e1rios, bem como interrogat\u00f3rio da suspeita, a autoridade policial concluiu pelo indiciamento da tutora, pois restou apurado que a mulher fora negligente nos cuidados com os animais, os quais viviam em superpopula\u00e7\u00e3o, sem controle reprodutivo; sem acesso \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e1gua limpa e local para descanso adequados; bem como em meio \u00e0 extrema sujidade de fezes, urina e insetos diversos.<\/p><p>Finalizado o procedimento na Divis\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal, o inqu\u00e9rito policial foi remetido ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
