Em uma das ocasi\u00f5es, inclusive, o investigado chegou a invadir a resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima pulando uma janela.<\/p><p>Em 9 de maio, a v\u00edtima compareceu \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Garopaba e informou os descumprimentos. Ap\u00f3s oitiva da v\u00edtima e testemunhas, a Autoridade Policial representou pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, a qual foi prontamente deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Garopaba, ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.
