O homem foi preso, na tarde de quarta-feira (17), quando sa\u00eda de uma resid\u00eancia em Brusque. Ele foi condenado pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a pena de 24 anos de reclus\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m cumprir\u00e1 pena de 5 anos e 7 meses, por outra condena\u00e7\u00e3o por roubo.<\/p><p><b>Relembre o caso<br><\/b>No dia 11 de fevereiro de 2017, ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, policiais civis da DRAS\/DEIC se dirigiram at\u00e9 a cidade de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Batista\/SC, onde aconteceria assalto a uma ag\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria. Ao confrontar com a pol\u00edcia, tr\u00eas criminosos morreram e dois policiais \u2013 um delegado e um agente de pol\u00edcia &#8211; ficaram gravemente feridos.
