A v\u00edtima perdeu sua vida ap\u00f3s receber vinte e quatro golpes de faca em diferentes partes do corpo.\u00a0<\/p><p>Diversas dilig\u00eancias foram realizadas pelos investigadores policiais. Houve, tamb\u00e9m, uma an\u00e1lise minuciosa de per\u00edcia pela Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica. O trabalho da Pol\u00edcia Civil apurou que a morte da v\u00edtima foi premeditada por sua esposa e seu filho. A execu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi realizada pela dupla. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o era obter benef\u00edcios financeiros com a morte. A v\u00edtima j\u00e1 havia manifestado interesse em realizar o processo de div\u00f3rcio e n\u00e3o estava mais morando na resid\u00eancia com a esposa, local do homic\u00eddio.<\/p><p>O inqu\u00e9rito policial concluiu pela exist\u00eancia de fortes ind\u00edcios de autoria da dupla no delito de homic\u00eddio qualificado. A Pol\u00edcia Civil apresentou representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva dos investigados. Houve deferimento do pedido com ordem judicial para as pris\u00f5es.
